What is Wedding Day Coordination?
Also called “month-of” coordination, this service is perfect for couples who’ve done the planning but want someone they trust to tie it all together.
Starting 4–6 weeks before your wedding, I step in to:
- Build a custom, stress-free timeline for your day
- Communicate with all vendors so you're not answering calls the week of
- Be your point person on the big day, managing everything from décor setup to last-minute weather plans
Whether you're getting married in a downtown venue or a rustic vineyard, I bring calm, clarity, and a whole lot of checklists.
Package Details
This is what is typically included in a Wedding Day Coordination Package:
- Overview of vendor contracts to confirm everyone’s responsibilities
- Venue walk-through/rehearsal
- Planning meetings to finalize the details of your day
- Planning checklists, wedding day timeline to keep organized
- Vendor Takeover - 2 weeks prior to wedding, aid with vendor communications
- Up to 12 hours of service on the day of the wedding
- On-site decor set up and tear down
- Vendor management during the wedding day
- Manage itinerary and schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Wedding day Emergency kit with everything you need in case of last minute emergencies
- Most importantly ensuring you have a stress free day!
* Multiple locations are subject to a travel fee
* Weddings150+ are subject to a Wedding Assistant for additional charge
I approach every wedding with heart, professionalism, and the belief that you deserve to be fully present on your wedding day, not stuck managing vendors or answering logistics texts.
