Day-of and Month-of Coordination

Welcome! I'd love to work with you to ensure your day runs smoothly without any stress.  Most of our work starts 5 weeks before your wedding, however we provide support and guidance leading up to your big day by providing you with a Wedding Details Package loaded with helpful planning docs and unlimited email/phone support.

This is what is typically included in a Wedding Day Coordination Package:

• Overview of vendor contracts to confirm everyone’s responsibilities
• Venue walk-through/rehearsal
• Planning meetings to finalize the details of your day
• Planning checklists, wedding day timeline to keep organized
• Vendor Takeover - 2 weeks prior to wedding, aid with vendor communications
• Up to 12 hours of service on the day of the wedding
• On-site decor set up and tear down
• Vendor management during the wedding day 
• Manage itinerary and schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Wedding day Emergency kit with everything you need in case of last minute emergencies
• Most importantly ensuring you have a stress free day!
