What is Wedding Day Coordination?
Often referred to as “month-of” coordination, this service is designed for couples who’ve thoughtfully planned their wedding and want a trusted professional to seamlessly bring every detail together.
Beginning 4–6 weeks before your wedding, I step in to:
- Create a custom, thoughtfully paced timeline for a smooth, stress-free day
- Take over vendor communication so you can fully enjoy the final weeks leading up to your wedding
- Serve as your primary point of contact on the wedding day, overseeing everything from décor placement to last-minute adjustments and weather contingencies
Whether you’re celebrating in an elegant downtown venue or a romantic vineyard setting, my role is to provide calm direction, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail, so you can be fully present for every moment.

What’s Included
- Comprehensive review of vendor contracts and responsibilities
- Planning meetings to finalize details, priorities, and flow
- A custom wedding day timeline and planning checklists
- Venue walk-through and/or rehearsal attendance
- Vendor takeover and communication beginning two weeks prior
- Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day
- Oversight of décor setup and tear-down
- Timeline management, vendor direction, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving
- A thoughtfully curated wedding day emergency kit
Most importantly, this service ensures a calm, organized, and stress-free wedding day, allowing you to be fully present for every moment.
Multiple locations may be subject to a travel fee. Weddings with 150+ guests may require an additional Wedding Assistant.

For couples seeking a more streamlined planning process, floral design and coordination can be handled in-house, creating a cohesive vision, fewer vendors to manage, and a more seamless wedding day experience - less coordination, less stress.
