Most of our work starts 5 weeks before your wedding, however we provide support and guidance leading up to your big day by providing you with a Wedding Details Package loaded with helpful planning docs and unlimited email/phone support.
This is what is typically included in a Wedding Day Coordination Package:
- Overview of vendor contracts to confirm everyone’s responsibilities
- Venue walk-through/rehearsal
- Planning meetings to finalize the details of your day
- Planning checklists, wedding day timeline to keep organized
- Vendor Takeover - 2 weeks prior to wedding, aid with vendor communications
- Up to 12 hours of service on the day of the wedding
- On-site decor set up and tear down
- Vendor management during the wedding day
- Manage itinerary and schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Wedding day Emergency kit with everything you need in case of last minute emergencies
- Most importantly ensuring you have a stress free day!
